Program name
DR Auto Sales — Customer Care & Vehicle Inquiry Follow-Up.
Program description
We send one-to-one informational and customer-service text messages to customers who have submitted an inquiry about a specific vehicle. Our sales team uses text messages to answer questions, schedule test drives and appointments, and share pricing, availability, and financing options for the vehicle you asked about. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
How you enroll / consent
You enroll by submitting the "Ask About a Vehicle" form on our website (drautosales.lotlogiccrm.com) with your mobile number and checking the unchecked SMS consent box. By doing so, you consent to receive informational and customer-service text messages from DR Auto Sales about your inquiry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with our team.
Message and data rates

Opt-out — reply STOP
You can cancel the text-message service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, submit a new inquiry with the consent box checked or ask a team member to contact you.
